Question 2: What is the grade of waterproof and dustproof of Outdoor station?
Answer: The waterproof and dustproof of Outdoor station is IP33, and this grad satisfy GB4208 2008 and IEC60529 2001.
Question 3: What is working temperature of outdoor station?
Answer: The working temperature of outdoor station is from +70 to -40 C degree.
C-5 System
Question 1: What is the order of CAT-5 cable in 568B standard?
Answer: The 568B standard, the order of CAT-5 cable is orange/white, white, green/white, blue, blue/white, green, brown/white, brown.
Question 2: Door station can't call a certain Indoor phone.
Answer: Take the distance between switch and gateway as the radius of the circle; the longest distance of this radius is 1000 meters.
Question 3: Is there any request in choosing cable for C-5 one cable system?
Answer: In C-5 system, cable in the apartment need to choose CAT-5, and when the distance between distributor and indoor phone is more than 50m, it needs to add one cable of RVV2*1.0 to supply the power for indoor phone; Cable in the corridor of building need to use CAT-5E, and when the distance in the corridor is more than 30m,then it needs to add one RVV2*1.0 cable for power supply; Cable in the network need to use waterproof CAT-5E or CAT-6E.
Question 4: How to collocate power supply in C-5 system?
Answer: In C-5 one channel video system, one power supply 4001 can support 6 pc of distributor 4110, in C-5 with secondary out door station video system, one power supply 4001 can support 3 distributor 4110, in C-5 one channel audio system, one power supply 4001 can support 10 distributor 4110.
WL-03NL System
Question 1: There is no reaction and indicate light on outdoor station when you press button on it.
Answer: Firstly, check the power supply. Secondly, check if the fuse on power supply is burned off. Thirdly, if the fuse is burned off again, then check the cable from door station to power supply. Four, check the output of power supply is as normal or not.
Question 2: Outdoor station cannot call indoor phone.
Answer: Firstly, check the setting of indoor phone number on the door station, to see it is correct or not. Secondly, check the connection from door station to switch and from switch to module, Thirdly, connect door station directly with switch, and then check if it can work well or not.
Question 3: When press unlock button on indoor phone but no reaction.
Answer: Firstly, check the cable connection from indoor phone to lock, if it is standard. Secondly, check the cable connection from indoor phone to lock to see if it is short circuit or open circuit. Thirdly, check the unlock relay on indoor phone, to see if there is any output single, if no, please change the outdoor station. Four, if still cannot find the problem from the above checking, and then change the lock.
Question 4: Guard Unit cannot call all indoor phones.
Answer: Firstly, check if outdoor station can call indoor phone, if not, please check the cable from door station to module and cable from module to indoor phone, and check the setting number of indoor phone. Secondly, check if door station can call Guard Unit, if not, please check the cable connection from switch to module, cable from Conformity Unit to Guard Unit, and the number of indoor phone setting. Thirdly, if still cannot find the problem then change the switch and Guard Unit.
02-NE System
Question 1: System cannot work at all.
Answer: Firstly, check the input current on power supply. Secondly, check the fuse on power supply, if it is on or burn off. Thirdly, if the fuse is burned off again, then please check the route from power supply to door station; see if it is short circuit. Fourthly, check the value of output from power supply is as normal or not. Five, after the above checking, you still cannot find the problem, then change the door station.
Question 2: When door station call indoor phone, there is no voice.
Answer: Firstly, check if there is no ringing voice all indoor phones, if yes, please change the indoor phone and then check. Secondly, check if the indoor phone is hanged well or not and the reed on the indoor phone. Thirdly, please check the connection on the indoor phone.
Question 3: You cannot call a certain indoor phone (the indoor phone number you had set on the door station, for example: 102)
Answer: Firstly, check the connection between door station and this indoor phone. Secondly, check if the indoor phone is hanged well and the reed on the indoor phone. Thirdly, check the button of this indoor phone number is well or not.
Question 4: All indoor phones cannot unlock the door.
Answer: Firstly, check the connection from door station to lock, see if is it according to the standard. Secondly, check the connection from door station to lock, if it is short circuit or open circuit. Thirdly, check the output single from unlock relay of ourdoor station, if no, then change the door station.
